FDR TrainingSM, the nation's leading federal civil service law training event attracting decision-makers from nearly every federal agency, announced five highlighted sessions and additional program features for the in-person event taking place August 6 - 9, 2024, at the Caribe Royale Orlando in Florida.
The FDR Training 2024 program offers more than 70 workshops and sessions including:

- Post-COVID Reasonable Accommodation Requests: Responding Effectively – EEOC Administrative Judges Oshia Banks and Shanon Levin will explore solutions to real-world difficulties presented by reasonable accommodation requests in this ever-changing post-COVID era while providing guidance on minimizing missteps throughout the interactive process and navigating the hearings process.
- Telework, Leave, and Reassignment: Addressing Complex Accommodations Confidently – In this expert-level session, veteran disability program managers Kendra Duckworth Shock and Laura Tronge will help attendees understand the parameters of the three accommodations and when they are appropriate.
