By: Handstand This year, the competition is set in four iconic neighborhoods: "This event really encapsulates San Francisco's diverse neighborhoods, creative atmosphere, and straight-up weirdness," said Kaitlin Fenn, Event Coordinator. "We can't wait to see teams come together for a day of adventure, fun, and community." The SF Hunt originated a decade ago with a group of friends who shared a passion for adventure and exploration. Over the years, it has become a beloved annual tradition that brings the Bay Area together to celebrate San Francisco's uniqueness and enjoy a fun day with friends. Handstand donates 10 percent of the event's profits to a local charity every year. This year, they are donating to The Guardsmen, a non-profit focused on improving underserved youth's access to the outdoors. "We are excited to partner with The Guardsmen and help provide outdoor adventures to kids that don't typically have access to nature," Fenn said. "Adventure and exploration is what started The SF Hunt in the first place." The SF Hunt adventure is open to everyone. Expert-level knowledge about San Francisco history or trivia is not necessary to join in on the race. Teams can bike, run, or walk while solving riddles in each neighborhood and may drive or use rideshare services to move between neighborhoods. Players should buy their tickets early to get the best deal. As of May 22, a ticket for The SF Hunt is $79. All tickets include a custom SF Hunt beanie, four custom-made, hard-enamel pins, some post-game libations, and a slice of the $5,000 worth of prizes. Players can win gear from Cotopaxi, Topo Designs, Allbirds, Rhoback, and Janji, which are this year's sponsors. Buy tickets today at https://thesfhunt.com to be part of the adventure on June 1. End
