Republican National Hispanic Assembly Condemns Verdict in Politically Motivated Trial

WASHINGTON - May 31, 2024 - PRLog -- New York State found President Donald J. Trump guilty of 34 charges. His sentence will be determined this summer. The Republican National Hispanic Assembly (RNHA) firmly supports President Trump. Chairwoman Elisa Slider released this statement on the verdict.

We consider these charges illegitimate. Today, our Republic is on trial, and the far left is trying to silence millions of Americans. Joe Biden has violated his oath to 'preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution of the United States.' This trial is a sham. Judge Juan Merchan, a radical left judge, is a disgrace to all Hispanics. He follows the playbook of socialist dictators like Castro, Chavez, Petro, and Ortega. We support Donald Trump, the Republican Party, and the America First Movement in any steps they take. The RNHA, founded by those who escaped leftist dictatorships in Latin America, will not let our new homeland become a socialist tyranny. We will support Donald Trump and work with the Republican Party to achieve a landslide victory this November. We urge all Americans to unite against Joe Biden's attempted tyranny. In the spirit of the Founding Fathers, we appeal to heaven and look forward to victory in November. We stand with President Trump.
