Since the United States three years ago made the nineteenth of June an Official Federal Holiday, artist / activist Phillip E. Walker-MFA has annually lead a 2 & 1/2 mile Opel Lee inspired WALK from just outside of his Solomonte apartment complex to the Rancho Cucamonga, California 91730 USA City Hall, where he each time requested that his All-American City make Juneteenth an Official Holiday. Furthermore, during each Juneteenth weekend since the Federal Holiday was established, Mr. Walker has recorded video of Juneteenth celebrations throughout the Inland Empire Region of Southern California and in Los Angeles. This year he expanded his efforts to get Juneteenth to become an Official unrestricted State Holiday by creating and delivering an original slave narrative petite motion picture directly to the California Capitol City of Sacramento. With "Hapless Revenge" (HR) having had its World Premiere Screening and inaugural Juneteenth Holiday Discussion on Juneteenth Eve 2024 at Our Place in Old Sacramento, California USA, it now embarks on a Worldwide tour that aims to encourage multiple establishments of Official Juneteenth Holidays. After doing so in Sacramento, California USA on June 18, 2024, the Movie and Discussion's next stop is 7:00pm on July 10th for The Church Within Ministries Bible Study at the American Legion Hall 1250 Mansfield Avenue, Fort Worth, TX 76104 USA.
