This merger marks a significant milestone, combining a total of 58 years of unparalleled expertise in supporting small businesses through the acquisition, construction, improvement, or refinancing of owner-occupied commercial real estate.

Headquartered in Ontario, California, AmPac Business Capital will emerge as the surviving SBA 504 lender, integrating the talented staff of Enterprise Funding into its existing team of 29 professionals. This expansion introduces two new satellite offices in Palm Springs and San Bernardino, enhancing AmPac's ability to cater to the comprehensive needs of the vast Inland Empire region, the largest county area in the United States. The consolidated entity will continue to operate from AmPac's Ontario headquarters on Inland Empire Blvd., with additional access to a Sacramento office.
