The READ TO LEAD Initiative:
The READ TO LEAD Initiative is dedicated to expanding literacy among youth, creating opportunities, and cultivating leaders. Biennial testing through the National Center for Education Statistics shows that two-thirds of U.S. children are unable to read with proficiency. Children who are not reading well by fourth grade are three times more likely to end up in the criminal justice system.

Many children read for reasons like enjoying a series, seeking higher grades, or validation from a teacher. There is a gap in understanding the broader importance of reading. Mrs. Nevada International is dedicated to filling that gap by inspiring youth to read and showcasing successful business leaders who prioritize reading.

Reading is a gateway to success, offering endless possibilities. The goal is for children to read to lead themselves, gain independence, and make important decisions for their future. Giving Books to Mater Academy Kindergarten Students
I am immensely grateful for businesses like Infinity Medical Supply, who understand the value of a book and have the means to give back. My children and I had the privilege of delivering these precious books to the classrooms of Mater Academy. We read to students and facilitated thoughtful questions from the book. The book of the summer is "Mello the Dog," co-authored by Luscian and Xander, which sparked excitement among their peers.
