Constantino's Pasta Bowls makes its way to the Chickahominy section of Greenwich, CT. 

GREENWICH, Conn. - July 9, 2024 - PRLog -- Constantino's Pasta Bowls will be hosting its grand opening on Saturday, July 27th in Greenwich, CT. Pasta Bowls is changing the game with their incredible menu, serving Italian classics from pasta, sandwiches, and salads to TikTok trending recipes and founders, Michael and Robyn's absolute favorites, high end yet affordable, 8-ounce filet mignon.

While under construction, Michael, Robyn and Jacinto, the head chef at Pasta Bowls, perfected the menu, sampling some of the top-quality recipes, ingredients, and trends. With 20+ different combinations to choose from, at Pasta Bowls, you can create your own pasta bowl which can be served in a regular bowl or freshly made bread bowl. Pairing pastas like pappardelle and cavatelli with any of their 14 homemade sauces: classic tomato basil, signature vodka, Cacio e pepe, and more. At Pasta Bowls, everything is made fresh including the delicious desserts. In the next few weeks, Constantino's Pasta Bowls will also be launching a vegan, plant based and gluten free menu to cater to those who have food restrictions, sensitivities, or special diets.

Founded by Robyn and Michael Bordes, they have taken their expertise from running sister restaurants, Constantino's Pizzeria & Ice Cream and Love You a Latte Coffee Shop, also in Greenwich, CT, to create Constantino's Pasta Bowls. Channeling their Italian roots when crafting the menu and designing the cozy atmosphere.
