KI Industries, Inc., adds to its Board of Directors

BERKELEY, Ill. - July 19, 2024 - PRLog -- Tim Feast

Tim Feast brings a wealth of experience and expertise to KI Industries. Since 2022, Mr. Feast has served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Viskase Companies, a leading global provider of artificial casings to the meat processing industry. Headquartered in Lombard, IL, Viskase operates manufacturing facilities in the US, Mexico, Brazil, France, Germany, Poland, and the Philippines. Prior to this role, Mr. Feast held several leadership positions in the plastics and packaging manufacturing sector, including plastic compounding, blow-molding, contract manufacturing, and consumer packaged goods businesses.

Mr. Feast received a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from the University of Warwick in the United Kingdom and an MBA from Washington University.

Rick Stanley

Rick Stanley has been the CEO of Mi-T-M Corporation, an employee-owned company, since February 2023. Before joining Mi-T-M, Mr. Stanley served as President of Safco Products for four years and as Senior Vice President of Flexsteel Industries, where, as a corporate officer, he was responsible for five separate business units, including eCommerce. Prior to Flexsteel, he held various leadership positions with Brunswick Corporation and Whirlpool Inc. He currently sits on the board of Mi-T-M Corporation.

Mr. Stanley earned a Bachelor of Science degree with a focus in Business Management/Marketing and a Master of Business Administration from Indiana University.
