Battlefield FCA Celebrates Success at Annual Bass Fishing Tournament

FREDERICKSBURG, Va. - July 26, 2024 - PRLog -- Battlefield FCA Celebrates Success at Annual Bass Fishing Tournament

Fredericksburg, VA, [Insert Date] – The Battlefield Fellowship of Christian Athletes (BFCA) is thrilled to announce the success of its annual FCA Bass Fishing Tournament (https://battlefieldfca.org/fca-bass-fishing-tournament) held at Lake Anna, raising over $4,800 for local BFCA initiatives. The event featured two divisions, Adult and Youth, with participants showcasing exceptional angling skills.

In the Adult Division, the winners were:
  • First Place: Preston Cox and George Decatur with a total weight of 14.64 lbs
  • Second Place: Jim Schweikart and Connor Schweikart with a total weight of 10.54 lbs
  • Third Place: Christopher Mccotter and Michelle Mccotter with a total weight of 8.90 lbs
  • Big Fish Award: Preston Cox and George Decatur with a 7.00 lb catch

In the Youth Division, the winners were:
  • First Place: Daniel Harlow and Dylan Harlow with a total weight of 9.77 lbs
  • Second Place: Robert John Leash and Autumn Leash with a total weight of 8.63 lbs
  • Third Place: Jeff Bailey and Colton Bailey with a total weight of 7.51 lbs
  • Big Fish Award: Daniel and Dylan Harlow with a 5.65 lb catch

The tournament was supported by generous sponsors including Church of the Messiah in Fredericksburg and Jeffersonton Baptist Church, along with contributions from local businesses such as NOVEC HELPS, DuVall Paint Contractors, Rick Groux, Gaithersburg Architectural Millwork, R & W Homes, Ledo's Pizza, Phil and Kathy Rice, and Wayne and Regina Carter.
