6. Client Details Modification: You can now easily modify client details and update the scope of your appraisals.

7. CSV Extracts: You can export appraisal results as a CSV file, facilitating easier data manipulation and sharing.

8. API Integration for Business Clients: We've introduced an API link to streamline new appraisal setups and results extraction for our business clients.

9. Enhanced Appraisal Support Model: We are introducing a new support model to assist you with your appraisal needs better. This includes personalised assistance and tailored solutions to ensure optimal use of our tools.

10. TellMe Appraisal Setup: If your clients cannot fund a ShowMe, we can now establish a TellMe appraisal in the background with invoicing functionality. This includes agreeing on a different price, enabling you to earn commissions.

11. Business Account Association for TellMe: We are exploring the workflow to allow a TellMe to be associated with a Business Account, covering scenarios like insurance coverage assessments.
