WORxK Solutions Hosts "Sis, Please Heal!": Empowerment Event for Black Women Professionals

WASHINGTON - Aug. 9, 2024 - PRLog -- WORxK Solutions, LLC is excited to announce the next installment in its SAAFE Happy Hour Series: "Sis, Please Heal! Healing and Empowerment: Rediscovering Your True Self Beyond the Titles." This virtual event will take place on August 14, 2024, at 7:00 PM EST and will be co-hosted by Dr. Kristy Taylor, Founder of WORxK Solutions and SAAFE, and Lisa Ibekwe, Owner and Founder of The Comfy Place.

This session is specifically designed for Black women entrepreneurs and professionals, offering a safe space to explore the many roles and identities they navigate in their daily lives. The event will focus on the importance of slowing down, practicing intentional self-care, and making the shift from merely surviving to truly thriving.

Lisa Ibekwe, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a prominent mental health advocate, will lead participants through practical exercises aimed at helping them reconnect with their inner selves. With her extensive clinical expertise and deep commitment to mental health, Lisa will help foster a supportive and resilient community among attendees.
