Classic Car Enthusiast from Texas Wins the Classic Corvette Dream Giveaway!

GRAVETTE, Ark. - Aug. 13, 2024 - PRLog -- The Classic Corvette Dream Giveaway ended on April 30, 2024. Congratulations to Kenneth Woodruff, the grand-prize winner of a restomod 1965 Corvette Sting Ray convertible! Also included in the grand-prize package was a $21,500 payout towards the prize taxes on behalf of the winner.

Mr. Woodruff made a donation on November 26, 2023 and that would end up landing him the winning ticket.

On May 16th, he received the congratulatory telephone call giving him the exciting news.

"When I first got the call, my first thought was: WOOOOO HOOOOO" he says. "After it sunk in that I won, I just felt enormous gratitude to the Lord. The best part of winning was being rewarded for helping others while having the opportunity to own and drive a dream car that I would have almost certainly never purchased for myself. The quality of the Corvette is outstanding, and it's a rush every time that I get behind the wheel."

"Helping others brings me more pleasure than the winning," he adds. "Having met some of the guys from Honor Flight, that charity holds a special place in my heart but I was happy I was able to help all the charities involved. At the award ceremony, the Dream Giveaway team made me feel like a king that day. This is definitely a lifetime memory."

Mr. Woodruff owns and operates a flexible packaging distribution company called Discount Plastic Bags. In his free time, he enjoys traveling the world and buying, restoring and driving classic cars.
