Follow on Google News | Int'l Business Leaders Announce Global Task Force To Empower One Million Women In The Trade IndustryBy: Blueprint, Washington D.C & Haute Atl PR The Connecting One Million Women Who Trade (CWT) Press Conference at The National Black Business Conference will be held Thursday, August 22, 2024, at The Hilton Atlanta Downtown from 4:00 pm to 5:30 pm. Reception to follow at 6:00 pm. Distinguished invitees include dignitaries, financial institutions, and notable CWT ecosystem participants. The Connecting One Million Women in Trade (CWT) Initiative, presented by Blueprint, is a private-sector initiative designed to empower one million women entrepreneurs to succeed in international trade in Africa, the Americas, the Caribbean, and beyond. Globally, the Initiative aims to increase the number of women-owned businesses that trade from 25% to 40% within a 3-5 year framework. NBCC and CWT will be signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to concretize their commitment to the success of the Initiative.
