Jim's distinguished career includes his recent role as CIO and Vice President of Information Technology and Application Delivery at Rackspace Technology. During his tenure at Rackspace, Jim led global customer support teams, managed data center operations for the Application Services business, and played a pivotal role in integrating acquired companies into the Rackspace portfolio. He was also a founding member of the Technical Change Management Board, showcasing his deep commitment to driving technical innovation and excellence.

Before joining Rackspace, Jim spearheaded the ideation and development of the Enterprise Service Automation suite at PeopleSoft, guiding the PeopleSoft Budgets product through several major releases. His journey in IT began with developing and leading property and casualty insurance systems for the California State Automobile Association.

Jim's passion for implementing automation initiatives and process improvements has consistently maximized customer experiences and optimized internal operations throughout his career.
