CLEVELAND, Texas - Sept. 5, 2024 - PRLog -- A vibrant celebration of culture and community awaits in Colony Ridge at the annual Hispanic Heritage Festival on Friday, September 27, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. This year, the festival is hosted in collaboration with the Houston El Norte Property Owners Association and San Esteban Episcopal Church, led by Pastor William Llana. The event will take place within the Colony Ridge community at its traditional location, the Santa Fe Administration and Activities Building, located at 1680 CR 3549. Known for hosting many important events in Colony Ridge, this venue continues to be a gathering place where the community comes together to celebrate and connect.

The Hispanic Heritage Festival offers an enriching experience filled with cultural performances, delicious food, and a strong sense of community spirit. More than a celebration, this event showcases the cultural richness and diversity that make Colony Ridge a remarkable and welcoming place.

This year, San Esteban Episcopal Church is offering free folkloric dance classes for children aged 6 to 12. These classes provide a fantastic opportunity for young members of the community to connect with different cultural roots and learn traditional dance forms. The last day to register for these classes is Friday, September 6, so don't miss out on this wonderful opportunity.

In addition to cultural performances, the festival will feature a variety of food vendors serving authentic Hispanic cuisine, as well as informational booths from local community organizations. These booths provide valuable resources and information to residents, helping to strengthen community bonds.

Everyone is invited to come together in Colony Ridge to celebrate the Hispanic Heritage Festival. The festival is more than just an event; it's an opportunity to learn about diverse Hispanic cultures, their traditions, and the unique contributions they bring.

Let's make this year's festival an unforgettable celebration of culture and community!
