Snell & Wilmer Welcomes New Associate Nicholas Kawuka in the San Diego Office

SAN DIEGO - Sept. 11, 2024 - PRLog -- Snell & Wilmer is pleased to announce Nicholas Kawuka has joined the San Diego office as an associate in the Labor and Employment practice group.

Nicholas focuses his practice on a range of employment litigation matters, including individual lawsuits concerning wrongful termination, harassment, discrimination, retaliation, as well as wage and hour class actions and representative actions. In addition to his litigation practice, Nicholas advises clients on routine employment matters, intellectual property disputes, trade secrets, and issues related to privacy and data security.

Nicholas joins Snell & Wilmer with varied experience. Prior to practicing labor and employment law, Nicholas focused his practice on intellectual property and commercial litigation and specifically on disputes concerning trademark and patent infringement, misappropriation of trade secrets, and various business torts.

Nicholas has been recognized by Best Lawyers® as a One to Watch in the category of Labor and Employment – Management.  He earned his Bachelor of Laws degree (LL.B) from Makerere University, and his Master of Laws (LL.M) from the University of San Diego School of Law.
