Oxley House Unveils New Culinary Team and Fall Menu

Under the expert guidance of Executive Chef Carlos Ramirez, the new culinary team at Oxley House is set to bring a fresh twist to Appalachian-inspired cuisine. Chef Ramirez, who brings years of culinary expertise and a passion for innovative cooking, has collaborated closely with his team to create an enticing range of dishes that celebrate the rich flavors and ingredients of the region.

Meet the New Culinary Team:

Marcus Blankenship, Front of House Manager, "I'm excited to join the team and help showcase our new Appalachian cuisines. It is going to be wonderful and rewarding to provide our guests with an elevated experience."

Brandy Baines, Front of House Supervisor, "It's with great honor to serve as the front of the house supervisor, I believe the entire team is excited about our new approach to our menu while showcasing some of the best hospitality in the region.  We hope to see you soon!"

Carlos Ramirez, Executive Chef, "I'm excited to take on the role as Executive Chef. With this promotion, I'm looking forward to the challenges and I have an awesome new team in place and know we will be able to really showcase the restaurant. My goal is to highlight the amazing local product that is available to us while staying true to the Appalachian cuisine."
