Anantara Dhigu Maldives Unveils Fully Refurbished Over Water Villas Featuring a Brand-New Cate

Inspired by the form of a Maldivian boat and its serene journey, the design concept for the overwater villas, titled "Sailboat Serenity," was developed by Stephen O'Dell and his team at SODA (Thailand) Ltd. The interior reflects fluid lines and a calming ambiance, blending the beauty of the surrounding water to create a relaxing and comfortable space for guests.

Suspended over a crystal-clear lagoon, the 40 overwater villas feature a natural color scheme with warm neutral tones and blue accents, reflecting the surrounding water. The exterior design includes overwater hammocks in both Sunrise and Sunset villas, adding a playful use of space.

Anantara Dhigu has relaunched its over water villas, adding four new Deluxe Sunset Over Water Pool Villas featuring larger infinity pools, expanding the inventory of sunset-facing pool villas. Each 129-square-metre villa offers direct lagoon access.

Guests also have the freedom to dine outside the restaurants thanks to Anantara's signature Designer Dining by Anantara experience with a private chef and sommelier.
