Skydive for Veterans Announces 9th Annual Freedom Jump

ELLINGTON, Conn. - Sept. 12, 2024 - PRLog -- Skydive for Veterans Announces 9^th Annual Freedom Jump: A Sky-High Tribute to Our Heroes

Sept 12, 2024 — Branford CT — Skydive for Veterans is proud to announce its highly anticipated 9^th Annual Freedom Jump, a spectacular and meaningful event that will take place on September 14, 2024, at Ellington Airport. This thrilling event aims to honor and support our veterans through a shared experience of courage, camaraderie, and skydiving.

The Freedom Jump is not just an adrenaline-pumping adventure but a heartfelt tribute to the brave men and women who have served in the armed forces. Participants will take to the skies to demonstrate their support for veterans while raising vital funds for Skydive for Veterans, a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to improving the lives of those who have served our country.

Event Highlights:

• Date: September 14, 2024
• Location: Connecticut Parachutists 360 Somers Rd, Ellington, CT 06029
• Activities: Tandem skydives, Flag Ceremony, Music, Food and Beverages, and a presentation by Work Vessels for Veterans.

Participants in the Freedom Jump will be able to experience the thrill of skydiving while raising awareness and funds for critical programs and services that benefit veterans. The event will also feature a flag ceremony to honor those who have served, as well as music and food to create a festive atmosphere for attendees of all ages.

All proceeds go to House of Heros CT Chapter and Work Vessels for Veterans. Two charities that make a real difference in the lives of our veterans.
