BSW7221V: A High-Performance Reflective SPDT RF Switch for Automotive

GANGNAM-GU, South Korea - Sept. 14, 2024 - PRLog -- GANGNAM-GU, South Korea - BeRex is pleased to announce the expansion of its automotive RF switch lineup with the AEC-Q100 qualification of the BSW7221V, a high-power reflective SPDT RF switch offering excellent performance for automotive applications. Operating at temperatures from -40℃ to +105℃ (Grade 2), this switch features high isolation, high linearity, low insertion loss, and an exceptionally fast switching time of 90 to 135ns, making it ideal for demanding wireless switching applications such as automotive V2X, UWB, RKE, WLNA, Bluetooth, and ISM applications.

Operating with a single 2.7V-3.6V supply voltage, the BSW7221V covers a wide frequency range from 5MHz to 8500MHz. It outperforms competitors with superior broadband performance (5MHz to 8500MHz) and high linearity (Input P1dB of 37dBm at 2.45GHz).

The BSW7221V utilizes BeRex's patent-granted technology to deliver a low insertion loss of 0.37dB and high isolation of 44dB at 2.45GHz, alongside a linearity of Input P1dB of 37dBm and Input IP3 of 65dBm.
Available in a 6-lead, 1.5mm x 1.5mm UDFN package, the BSW7221V has an ESD rating of 2000V (HBM) and requires no external DC blocking capacitors.
