In collaboration with ShySpeaks and Company, The Millennial Maven Creative Foundation—a newly established nonprofit—will provide underserved youth with the opportunity to work at the festival. This initiative aims to expose them to various career paths within creative fields and industries. Founder and Executive Director Bridgette Jones expressed her enthusiasm, stating, "Empowering our youth with real-world experiences is crucial for their future success.
