United Filmmakers Launches a New Contest to Finance Feature-Length Films

WASHINGTON - Sept. 24, 2024 - PRLog -- United Filmmakers, LLC, a vertically integrated motion picture and television production and distribution company, is thrilled to announce the launching of a new film funding competition that provides a budget of up to $100,000 (USD) to an independent filmmaker to produce a feature-length film of their choice. THE HOLLYWOOD INDEPENDENT FILM CONTEST funds films of all genres including dramas, comedies, thrillers, horror films, experimental films, faith-based films, Nollywood films, and Bollywood films. Contest submissions are accepted in a wide variety of formats including short films (to be produced as a feature length film) , screenplays, treatments, plays, novels, and short stories. NO synopses or loglines are accepted. ALL rights to the submitted material MUST be owned by the filmmaker or the filmmaking team prior to submission (please see submission guidelines for details). Submissions are accepted from around the world, however, the budget for the winning film will be disbursed in U.S dollars (USD).
