About the Author: Lorna Mae Johnson embodies the American dream. A Jamaican-born powerhouse, once an Olympic-qualified athlete teaming with and competing alongside legends like Flo-Jo, she has become a champion for women and girls worldwide. With degrees in Nurse-Midwifery and Finance from USC and a BSc in Healthcare Management, she has founded successful businesses, empowered communities through her LMJ Global Foundation, and provided crucial healthcare services to underserved communities as CEO of LMJ Global Enterprises.
