H.E. Dr. Martin Kofi Danso Honored with Key to New York City and Rings the Bell of World Peace

Dr. Martin Kofi Danso received the prestigious Key to the City of New York from the Arit Fuller Foundation (AFFI) during the 79th United Nations General Assembly. The award, presented at AFFI's 14th annual banquet aboard the Timeless Luxurious Yacht, honored leaders dedicated to humanitarian causes and public welfare. H.E. Dr. Danso's recognition highlights his commitment to fostering peace, advancing humanitarian efforts, and empowering youth.

At the same event, H.E. Dr. Danso achieved another historic milestone by becoming the 570th person in history to ring the Bell of World Peace and Love, a ceremony hosted by the Federation of World Peace and Love (FOWPAL) at the World Leader Summit of Love and Peace. Dr. Hong, Tao-Tze, President of FOWPAL, personally bestowed this honor upon him, symbolizing Dr. Danso's commitment to global harmony. He also received the Key to the Heart Award, joining only 75 heads of state and global leaders who have been similarly honored. H.E. Dr. Danso was the sole recipient from Canada and the only person of Ghanaian heritage to receive these awards, underscoring his influence and impact.

The AFFI event brought together leaders from various communities and industries, with Rev. Dr. Agorom Dike, President and Founder of the Caribbean and African Faith-Based Leadership Conference and liaison to the White House Faith-Based Cabinet Offices, served as the master of ceremony and convener of the awards banquet.
