Marshall Barnes Exposes Elon Musk 'Pattern of Behavior' To Elizabeth Warren and Others Suing Elon

So begins an affidavit Marshall Barnes has posted on his web site detailing how Marshall sought support from Elon, beginning some several years ago, just verbally, with no intention or financial contribution, but was willing to share profits if the venture was successful.

This venture was Marshall's alternative answer to going to Mars - his Earth12KB4 time travel to the 12 thousand years ago to reestablish a modern civilization. A breakaway society with all the advantages of modern tools, toys and tech. For those who may balk at the idea even being possible, at the time of his proposal, Marshall already had over 10 years hard research experience and work in the field, with some breakthroughs already and expertise in the geopolitics and national security issues associated with the concept having published policy papers and reports already which are referenced in the affidavit. In addition, Marshall provided for alternative ways of ensuring any investments that would come from third parties.

Now, while Elon has missed his mark on projections for all of his Tesla activities until recently, and the stock values has dropped 7 percent, Marshall's project has been posting major breakthroughs and is reportedly on the cusp of sending people out.

"We have multiple methods we're working with, but the main one is based on Nikola Tesla's tunable Wall of Light that can be manipulated into specific destinations."

What this all means is Elon repeatedly denied Tesla investors the opportunity to benefit from rises and stock prices and other earnings for no apparent reason at all, save his ego because he wouldn't have been known as the founder of the operation, since the project was already known and had a published pitch deck floating around the venture capital community.
