Gesner began his career in Brazil, quickly rising to prominence as a global marketing executive. He has extensive experience leading teams across the Americas, EMEA, and Asia/Pacific regions, earning a strong reputation for delivering results and leading business transformations on a global scale.

In addition to his corporate and global experience, Gesner also serves on the boards of startups, including Brazil's first company to apply artificial intelligence for early disease prevention. His involvement gives him valuable insights into AI applications from both entrepreneurial and enterprise perspectives.
