violent criminal acts if the victims mentality was broken.

The perpetrators are small fraud groups organizing misinformation with false profiles for the
public to participate with public bullying while the groups stalk the victim.

San Diego California 2021-2024 plot failed federal agents on standby monitoring the targets
failed at there duties of integrity while presidential elections push towards Nov 5 San Diego
California and small fraud groups failed to manifest targeted violence after using ICAC cell
phone scams , a bbq using the victim's deceased grandfather and slander during the bbq on to
lure the victim in for violent retaliation during the day after Veterans Day 2021 in East Side San
Diego, next plot failed was the perpetrators (small fraud) organization attempted to use there
own racial bias as a target, agenda failed
Law enforcement and federal agents performed false welfare checks to test the victim's targets
mentality status also smearing or gaslighting.
Now 3 more victims in the city of San Diego have been selected for targets using different
misinformation to intimidate the victims into performing violence as a retaliation scheme before
the elections for 2024 president for either candidate to use for election purposes and public
support before final votes.

The city of San Diego is the only city that failed at their agenda. While other agendas nationwide
didn't 2022- 2024
