Now in its 10th year, this global annual survey captures the perspectives of professionals from the United States, Asia-Pacific, Canada, and Europe/Middle East/India/Africa (EMEIA). It delves into key topics, including member recruitment, engagement, and retention strategies; operational goals and challenges; and technology and digital transformation.

Since its inception in 2015, iMIS's membership performance benchmark survey has collected insights from nearly 4,000 professionals worldwide. This year's survey is concise — taking just 7-8 minutes to complete. All responses will remain confidential and reported in aggregate only. Participants will receive exclusive, early access to the results ahead of the highly anticipated report release scheduled for Q1 of 2025.
