MCK Restaurant & Bar Launches "MCK Cares" Initiative to Tackle Atlanta's Housing Crisis

The initiative's flagship event, Homes 4 Hope Charity Gala, will be held this November to raise critical funds and awareness for affordable housing and homelessness prevention.

Established by Mitch, Chuck, and Khareem, the dynamic trio behind MCK Restaurant & Bar, MCK Cares was born out of their passion for serving the community—both as restaurateurs and as advocates for positive change. Known as Atlanta's "modern-day Cheers," MCK is more than just a restaurant where "everybody knows your name"; it's a cultural hub where meaningful connections are made, and real conversations about the future of Atlanta take place.

The upcoming Homes 4 Hope event is designed to not only raise funds for housing initiatives but also to shine a spotlight on Atlanta's growing homelessness crisis. Atlanta's housing shortage and rising costs have put thousands of residents at risk, including families with children. Funds raised will support the development of affordable housing solutions and programs that offer assistance to those in need.
