Dedicated to creating social change, Dr. Ritvo advocates for disability awareness and beauty. The Bold Beauty Project creates powerful photography exhibitions by award-winning photographers that celebrate women with varying disabilities. Coupled with the women's personal stories, the exhibitions create a vivid and intimate portrait of women with disabilities today. Over the years, Dr. Ritvo's work has been featured in the Miami Herald, The New York Times, New York Times Magazine, New York Daily News, Celebrity Watch, USA Today, The Wall Street Journal, and many others. She is also the Health and Wellness columnist at the Beverly Hills Courier and was the recipient of the 2024 Humanitarian of the Year Award by the J. Luce Foundation at the Asia Society in New York City.
