Sheraton Albuquerque Uptown Hosts 11th Annual Scare-A-Ton

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. - Oct. 22, 2024 - PRLog -- Sheraton Albuquerque Uptown Hotel is thrilled to announce the 11th Annual Scare-A-Ton Halloween Charity Carnival, benefiting Locker #505: Student's Clothing Bank. The event will take place on Halloween and promises to be an exciting day filled with fun activities for the whole family, all while supporting a great cause.

Time: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Location: Sheraton Albuquerque Uptown Hotel, Ballroom
Admission: A new package of socks or underwear for donation, or $1.00 per person

This year's carnival will feature a variety of games, prizes, costume contests, and carnival concessions. Children can trick-or-treat at booths hosted by local businesses, which will be giving out candy and prizes, while playing carnival games in a festive ballroom setting. A cakewalk, tasty snacks, and fun giveaways will round out the day's entertainment.

The annual Scare-A-Ton is a community favorite, attracting 800-1,000 attendees each year. This year's theme, "Celebrating Movies of All Time", invites guests to come dressed as their favorite movie characters, adding a Hollywood flair to the Halloween fun.

Locker #505: Student's Clothing Bank is a non-profit organization that helps provide necessary clothing to K-12 students in need across Bernalillo County. By donating new socks or underwear, attendees will contribute to Locker #505's mission of ensuring no child goes without proper school clothing.
