GMA Architects & Planners completes construction of new Enterprise in Clermont

CLERMONT, Fla. - Oct. 25, 2024 - PRLog -- GMA Architects & Planners has announced the architectural design and construction administration phase of Enterprise Car Rental and Sales' newest location in Clermont.

Located at 1700 S. Grand Highway, the 7,650-square-foot facility in Clermont provides four key service operations. The center will offer car rentals, truck rentals and car sales, as well as a separate structure for vehicle cleaning and detailing. The facility has a modern concrete masonry unit (CMU) structure and steel frame, which was developed in conjunction with Enterprise's design team in St. Louis, Missouri. Additionally, the facility has large size insulated glazing for energy efficiency and the introduction of natural light to the building. The new location is also equipped with electric vehicle (EV) charging stations for its electric rentals.

GMA Architects has worked with Enterprise for over 15 years, completing designs for several of its Florida facilities, including the award-winning Enterprise Rent-A-Car Sales Center in Fort Myers, which earned the recognition of Best Office & Retail in the $0-$1.9 million project category from the Lee Building Industry Association in 2019. The company also recently completed work for Enterprise's new location in Sanford.
