The investigation has taken a further turn as it was revealed that there was a broader scheme at play: a pandemic fraud operation, possibly connected to organized efforts by some attendees to engage in harassment, stalking, and fraudulent activities, purportedly financed by an Asian law enforcement agent with an offer of $100,000 for these illicit actions to frame the harassment victim visiting his Philippine friend that day.
