With over 13 years of experience in supply chain and commercial strategy within the consumer and automotive sectors, Seema is strategically positioned to make a significant impact for AMA's  clients.

Seema's career includes pivotal roles at Amazon and Tesla, where she spearheaded the end-to-end launch of new warehouses across North America and Europe, developed go-to-market strategies, and created innovative revenue streams. Most recently, she led consumer partnerships for Redwood Materials, North America's leading lithium-ion battery recycler, collaborating with industry-disruptors such as Lyft, RAD Power Bikes, Joby Aviation and other large technology/auto OEMs.

Her diverse background also includes startup experience, notably at Rent Like A Champion, a Shark Tank-funded home rental company, where she drove customer growth. Seema will leverage her extensive expertise to help AMA's growing clientele develop and scale their businesses.
