JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - Nov. 4, 2024 - PRLog -- Snowbird Technologies is pleased to announce the launch of its latest atmospheric water generator, the SAWG-150. Built for durability and mobility, the SAWG-150 is mounted on a single-axle trailer and features an integrated power source powered by a 20 kW diesel generator. Under optimal conditions of 80°F and 60% relative humidity, the SAWG-150 produces up to 150 gallons of potable water per day and includes a built-in 50-gallon storage tank. The model is operational in a wide temperature range, from 45°F to 125°F.

Engineered for performance, the SAWG-150 incorporates dual independent filtration systems: a reusable sediment pre-filter and a 15,000-gallon disposable multi-stage filter. Final water purification is achieved through two separate UV-C purification chambers, with additional storage tank treatment provided by a recirculating ozone system, ensuring the highest standard of potable water quality.

The SAWG-150 is ideally suited for supporting larger field operations, providing an efficient alternative to Tactical Bulk Water Operations. Unlike traditional systems, Snowbird's atmospheric water generators (AWGs) eliminate the need for a raw water source by capturing and purifying moisture directly from the air, making them invaluable in remote and resource-scarce environments.

Snowbird Technologies custom-engineers each AWG model to support military personnel and field operators in some of the world's most extreme conditions. These systems are designed for ease of setup, operation, and maintenance, providing a reliable source of drinking water by condensing and purifying ambient air moisture, with convenient access to water dispensed from exterior spigots.

Our mil-spec design ensures the SAWG-150 meets the rigorous demands of both military and industrial applications, making it a versatile solution for humanitarian and commercial use as well. The SAWG-150 functions as a force multiplier, delivering on-site water generation for expeditionary and forward-operating bases.
