Ottawa Valley's, Beyond Driven, making waves in the Metal scene and releases new single, Barely 18

OTTAWA, Ontario - Nov. 6, 2024 - PRLog -- Erin Maiden, who fronts the band Beyond Driven, is also the professional Anthem singer of the Ottawa Senators, Red blacks and 67's.

Beyond Driven, from Shawville, Quebec, a small town in western Quebec, is composed of band members Erin `Maiden` Davis , Jeremy Williams, Doug Freake and Kyle Pallen.  The artists mention that their creative goal is ``to build a community around their music and connecting with fans who resonate with their themes of rebellion, resilience, and authenticity``.

Their new release captures the raw feeling of rebellion and that urge to break free. We all have moments when our wild side takes over, and it's up to us to decide whether or not to act on it. "Barely 18" is all about that impulse—the voice that pushes us to just go for it. Erin's lyrics tell the story of her stealing her father's car and chasing that rush. As she puts it, she "pushed her boundaries and chased that adrenaline."

The motivation behind Barely 18 stems from a personal experience of rebellion and freedom. …It's meant to resonate with those moments of youthful defiance, where you know you're risking it all but can't resist the urge to go all in.
