I started The Glass Guru of Honolulu because I enjoy meeting people and wanted to have a positive impact on my community.  What attracted me to the business model was a monday through friday schedule in the construction/home services industry. I am now extremely proud of employing multiple people and providing them with training to be successful in their trade. What I learned along the way is something I wish I would've known early on and that's how to work on a true exit strategy. This is a wonderful business with great opportunities to grow both profitably and as an individual leader.
