In her role as a veteran realtor, Mrs. Jones-Swanson has guided many homeless veterans through the transition from unstable living conditions to becoming homeowners. Additionally, she is the Veterans Housing and Wellness Coordinator at the Jesse Brown VA Medical Center's Community Resource and Referral Center (CRRC), where she plays a key role in developing impactful programs for veterans.

Through her organization, VetMentors, Mrs. Jones-Swanson has created a network of resources that address the unique needs of veterans.
