They do not use any unnecessary antibiotics or added hormones. they are truly farm-to-table with a "from scratch" kitchen. The MOObile offers a delectable menu that includes smash burgers, specialty burgers, tallow fries, and dipping sauces. They use as many local ingredients as possible, including buns and bread from Companion Baking Company and local bacon from Kern Meats. Who is Pierce Creek Cattle Company? Pierce Creek Cattle Company is a 4th generation farm in Lonedell, Missouri owned by Kent Evans and Rachelle L'Ecuyer. Kent is the 4th generation in his family to manage the 240-acre farm with a focus on regenerative farming. The mission of Pierce Creek Cattle Company is to produce pasture and ethically raised beef without hormones or unnecessary antibiotics and make it available to the St. Louis region.
