Seaford, NY – Maverick Schneider, a rising star from Seaford, has been selected to join the prestigious Ghost National 15U baseball team. This honor highlights Schneider's remarkable achievements on the diamond and in the classroom, cementing his status as one of the top young athletes in the nation.

Schneider's performance during the 2023-2024 season turned heads in the competitive travel baseball circuit. Playing against elite 16U competition in Perfect Game's most important national events—including the WWBA in Georgia and the Ohio Prospect Park Tournament—he batted over .330, showcasing his ability to rise to the occasion against older, more experienced players.

His success extends to school ball as well. As an 8th grader playing up on the JV team, Schneider posted a batting average of over .500, proving his adaptability and dominance at every level of competition.

Schneider is not only a standout athlete but also an academic powerhouse. Now a freshman at the highly ranked St. Anthony's High School, he maintains an impressive GPA of over 4.0, exemplifying his commitment to excellence both on and off the field.
