Alfredo Assumpçao Receives Global Recognition with IIC Partners Lifetime Achievement Award

The award was presented at the IIC Partners Global Conference & AGM in Athens.

Alfredo had an extensive career in Human Resources, having served as a Manager and Director across leading multinational organizations. He was a partner at Tasa AG for three years before founding FESA Group in 1995, now with more than 145 employees.

Alfredo also played a pivotal role at IIC Partners. He successfully led FESA Group's entry into membership in 2004 and later hosted the 2007 Global Conference & AGM in Rio de Janeiro. He worked tirelessly to promote collaboration and innovation, fostering partnerships that strengthened the organization's global reach.

Alfredo is widely recognized for his forward-thinking approach to workplace diversity and employee well-being. His early advocacy for inclusivity in executive roles was groundbreaking, and his commitment to creating environments where employees can flourish, both personally and professionally, set a benchmark in the industry.

In April 2008, Business Week named Alfredo Assumpção one of the world's most influential headhunters, and in March 2012, he received the AESC's Eleanor H. Raynolds Award for contributions to executive search and community service.
