Alex Goldenberg is an accomplished litigator with a diverse practice, spanning a range of civil rights, commercial, and criminal matters. He has successfully represented individuals who suffered employment and housing discrimination, wage and hour violations, sexual abuse and assault, and police misconduct and prisoner abuse. His commercial practice includes contract claims, partnership dissolutions, restrictive covenant disputes, and allegations of breach of fiduciary duty. Alex also represents clients in criminal matters ranging from complex white collar investigations to charges of murder and other violent felonies. Prior to joining Wang Hecker LLP in 2011, Alex Goldenberg worked at the Equal Justice Initiative in Montgomery, Alabama, as a law clerk for two federal judges, and as a law intern for the Federal Defenders of New York and the Bronx Defenders. Before law school, Alex spent four years as a legislative aide on Capitol Hill, where he focused on appropriations, transportation planning, and foreign policy.
