Their attempt to use humor in a loosing battle against those using legal action to fight America's epidemic of obesity didn't work, and Professor Banzhaf went on to be called "the Ralph Nader of Junk Food," "The Man Who Is Taking Fat to Court," "The Man Big Tobacco and Now Fast Food Love to Hate," the lawyer "Who's Leading the Battle Against Big Fat," and "a Major Crusader Against Big Tobacco and Now Among Those Targeting the Food Industry,"

So, says the professor, have a Happy Thanksgiving and worry more about possible overeating than imaginary lawsuits by your Thanksgiving guests.
