Circle K to Anchor New Development Project in Salinas

This exciting development, which marks the culmination of collaboration and teamwork among LRE, trusted brand partners, consultants, and the City of Salinas, will bring significant economic growth and enhanced amenities to the local community.

Circle K is a cutting-edge convenience store and fueling station, offering modern amenities and a seamless shopping experience. This milestone follows the recent Planning Commission approval. Circle K will begin construction first, and other tenants are set to follow, bringing a community-focused atmosphere to the development.
