Manova Partners announces new restaurant tenant at 4 Columbus Circle

NEW YORK - Dec. 16, 2024 - PRLog -- Manova Partners today announced it has leased space at 4 Columbus Circle to CAVA, a fast-casual restaurant serving Mediterranean-inspired dishes. The restaurant took 3,733 square feet on a long-term lease and is expected to open next summer.

Patrick O'Rourke, Sean Moran, and Steven Soutendijk of Cushman and Wakefield represented Manova Partners in lease negotiations.

Ariel Schuster, Mitch Heifetz, and Michael Paster of Newmark represented the tenant.

CAVA is owned by the publicly-traded CAVA Group, Inc. headquartered in Washington, D.C. The chain operated 352 restaurants around the country as of September 30, 2024.

4 Columbus Circle is an 8-story, 102,720 s.f. office building with ground floor retail space, located adjacent to Columbus Circle in New York's Hell's Kitchen neighborhood. Manova Partners has operated the building since 2011 through predecessor companies.
