Lawsuit Against United Medical Center for Assault, Battery, and Constitutional Violations

The incident at the center of the lawsuit occurred on November 20, 2023, when our client was waiting in the Emergency Room. While expressing concern about an extended wait time, he was allegedly subjected to an unprovoked assault and battery by Special Police Officers employed by the hospital. Following this incident, our client was falsely imprisoned and admitted to the hospital's Psych Ward against his will.
