Re:Generate | art + wellness workshop

PORTLAND, Ore. - Jan. 8, 2025 - PRLog -- Created by the imperfecta. art gallery, Re:Generate is a workshop that leverages the power of art and body movement to regenerate, heal and create community.

Participants will first engage in a hands-on activity to identify re:generate focus areas. This activity will include selection of to-keep gifts and identification of goals for the workshop.
Second, participants will be invited to engage in a grounding meditation and gently transition into intentionally and joyfully moving more parts of the body.
Third, participants will be invited to engage in a convivial, fun generative art activity. The workshop will conclude with a sharing activity complemented by refreshments.

The workshop, held at Thrive Wellness (1107  7th St., Oregon City, OR USA) on February 23rd, 2025 from 2 to 4.30pm, will be facilitated by artist and imperfecta. gallery owner Dr. Daria Loi and LMT/ Embodiment Guide Tricia Weber.

The cost to participate is $65/pp and it includes all art materials, refreshments and gifts-to-keep.
