Many of the pieces in this book were inspired either by driving a school bus or the children he transported for fourteen years for the Citrus County School System. While other pieces were inspired by people close to him and those he met in other capacities on this road of life, including people he transported as a Non-Emergency Medical Transport driver for several years. Awards: Kim Morrison has won two poetry awards from national contests and the 2014 Florida College System Activities Award Division A First Place Award for poetry.
