Godrej Properties Indore has purchased 24 acres of land in Indore. From which they expect an income of Rs 500 crore. Godrej Properties informed the stock market that it has purchased about 24 acres of land in Indore. However, he did not disclose the total value of the land. According to company information, "This project is expected to generate income of around Rs 500 crore."

The development work on this land will mainly consist of premium plotted residential units and the estimated salable area will be approximately 6.20 lakh sq. ft. Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Godrej Properties Gaurav Pandey said that the company has expanded its presence in Indore with this land acquisition. This is the company's second acquisition in Indore after acquiring 46 acres of land on Indore-Ujjain Road in July 2024. Godrej Properties is one of the leading real estate developers in the country.
