Fresh Water Ventures acquires Able Heating & Cooling

JACKSON, Mich. - Jan. 19, 2025 - PRLog -- Fresh Water Ventures is pleased to announce the closing of its acquisition of Able Heating & Cooling located in Homer, Michigan. Founded by Robin and Ron Cousino, the company has serviced the Homer community's heating and cooling needs for over 25 years. With an experienced workforce of technicians and staff, a large and loyal customer base, and a diverse offering, Able is well positioned for continued success and steady growth in the central Michigan HVAC market. Ron will continue to lead the new entity and Robin will serve as a senior advisor.

The deal closed on January 6, 2025. Terms have not been disclosed.
